Spectrum Design
Custom Spectral Design
A Custom Spectrum Design is the process of creating the perfect light recipe for your crops. It defines the precise blend of wavelengths, the ratio between light channels, and the ideal intensity to stimulate growth, enhance quality, and maximize production.
We combine agronomy and photobiology expertise with advanced simulation tools to craft spectra tailored to each crop species, growth stage, and production goal. This approach ensures your lighting works with precision to achieve the results you want.

Our service includes a full technical package with spectral distribution graphs, hardware recommendations, control strategies, and usage guidelines—ensuring effective implementation from day one.
It’s a service that defines the most suitable light spectrum for your crop, designed to deliver optimal yield and quality at every stage of growth.
Because every plant responds differently to each wavelength range. Adjusting the spectrum allows you to influence growth rate, morphology, coloration, flowering, nutritional content, and even pest resistance.
The standard Light Plan service covers only the design and technical recommendations. However, we also offer optional supply and installation services, which include delivering the selected lighting equipment, professional mounting, electrical setup, and final calibration to ensure the design’s accuracy.
Usually between 1–3 weeks, depending on crop type, complexity, and whether physical testing is required.
Pricing depends on the level of customization, analysis requirements, and whether lab or on-site validation is included. A fee of 80 € will be charge for quoting custom spectrum design.
We design custom light spectra based on plant physiology and production objectives, ensuring that every photon works toward your goals. By combining data-driven analysis with horticultural expertise, we create lighting solutions that not only enhance yield but also improve crop quality, consistency, and energy efficiency.
Data Collection
We analyze crop type, growth stage, production goals, current or planned lighting specs, and environmental conditions such as temperature, CO₂, and humidity.
Design & Validation
Using advanced software and photobiological data, we define the optimal wavelength mix, adjust spectral ratios, run simulations, and optimize for performance and energy efficiency.
Delivery
We provide a full technical package with a spectral distribution chart, channel configuration, control settings, lighting schedule, and optional on-site spectral verification.
